Go to the home page, select 'Login' and then go to 'Forgot Username/Password' link to be redirected to the Forgot Password page.
Enter the email address used to register the account within the Email field then click 'Send Reset Link'.
You will then receive an e-mail with a hyperlink to reset your password. Simply select on the hyperlink and follow the instructions.
