When you have been asked to verify your account, you can do so by uploading the requested document via our document uploader. To do this, you must be logged in and navigate via "My Account" and then go into the option "Verification" .
In that menu you upload the right document under the right category as we requested.
When you have chosen the right category for the document, you will be able to upload it to your account. Just don't forget to press the green "Send for verification" button.
