When requesting a withdrawal, you should make sure that your funds are not linked to an active bonus on your account which may require wagering.
In order to check your active bonuses, simply go to 'My Profile' and click 'My Bonuses' > 'Active Bonuses'.
If this is not the case, please check if you are requesting your withdrawal to the same method you previously deposited with, as we require funds to be withdrawn to the payment method that was used to deposit.
